Required Skills/Knowledge:
Read blueprints and specifications Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers Operate electronic inspection equipment and software Accept or reject finished items Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications Shift:
2nd, Overtime when needed, but not mandatory Quality Technician II:
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Read blueprints and specifications Basic knowledge of GD&T.
Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers Make minor programming adjustments to CMM with Calypso software.
Operate electronic inspection equipment and software Accept or reject finished items Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications Be able to work without supervision.
Shifts:
2nd or 3rd, Overtime when needed, but not mandatory Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED, relevant post-secondary, trade, preferred 1 year Quality Inspection or Machining experience.
